This Privacy Policy explains how Orlyvo handles information for its public website and creative publishing workflow, including the TikTok developer integration used to upload or publish approved brand videos to owned TikTok accounts.
1. Information We Process
Orlyvo may process account connection information, authorized social account identifiers, basic profile information shown during account connection, approved video files or URLs, captions, titles, publishing settings, upload status, and operational logs needed to run and secure the workflow.
2. TikTok Integration Data
If an authorized operator connects a TikTok account, Orlyvo uses the TikTok permissions granted by that operator only for the approved publishing workflow. Basic profile information is used to identify the connected account. Video upload or publishing permissions are used to send reviewed content to the connected account.
3. Access Tokens and Security
Access tokens and refresh tokens are handled server-side and are used only to perform authorized actions for the connected account. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect credentials and connected-account access.
4. Children’s Privacy
Orlyvo and Happy Hoot TV do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Happy Hoot TV content is family-friendly, but the publishing workflow is operated by adults and authorized brand operators, not children.
5. Platform Analytics and Public Interactions
When viewers interact with Orlyvo or Happy Hoot TV content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms, those platforms may collect information under their own policies. Orlyvo may view standard platform analytics such as views, likes, comments, follows, and engagement summaries to understand content performance.
6. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate authorized operators, identify connected accounts, prepare and upload approved content, show publishing status, protect account security, troubleshoot errors, maintain records of operator actions, and comply with platform and legal requirements.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with TikTok or other platforms only as needed to complete operator-authorized publishing actions or comply with platform requirements. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect account security.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain operational records only as long as needed for the workflow, security, troubleshooting, and compliance. Authorized operators may request disconnection of a social account or deletion of stored workflow information where applicable.
