How Orlyvo uses TikTok developer access

Orlyvo requests TikTok access only to support an authorized brand operator publishing approved videos to an owned TikTok account. The first supported brand channel is Happy Hoot TV, a family-friendly children’s content brand under Orlyvo.

Requested scopes

video.upload and, if required by TikTok for direct publishing, video.publish. Basic profile access is used only to identify the connected account.

End-to-end flow

Operator signs in, selects an approved Happy Hoot TV video, reviews title/caption and safety notes, uploads to the owned TikTok account, then confirms completion in TikTok when required.

Data handling

Tokens are handled server-side. Orlyvo does not sell personal information and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
